This attractive, airy single-storey villa is located on the fringe of the Fuerteventura Golf Course; a few minutes drive from the resort of Caleta de Fuste and about 15 minutes transfer from the airport. The surrounding villa complexes make this a very desirable Canarian location. The island's first 18-hole championship golf course hosted the 2004 Spanish Open. The clubhouse, situated in the 5 Star Elba Palace Hotel, is a short walk away. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and bar, with sundecks giving views across the course. A new 18-hole Golf Course has recently opened ( Oct 2006 ) adjacent to the existing one.

Interior

This quiet semi-detached single-storey villa has a large charmingly decorated lounge with a small television (incl. BBC1 & 2, ITV & channel 4) plus DVD and CD facilities. Patio doors lead to an open arched terrace area with white patio table, chairs and loungers. There is an independent, well-equipped kitchen with full oven and halogen hob, fridge freezer and microwave. A small breakfast bar is available for informal dining. A separate laundry area with washing machine adjoins the kitchen. There are 2 comfortable, stylish double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a double bed and a safe; the other bedroom has twin single beds. The large bathroom with chrome accessories has a hairdryer, toilet, bidet, and full size bath with overhead shower. The owner asks that guests refrain from smoking in the bedrooms.

Exterior

The villa has established and colourful gardens, whilst a large terrace with patio furniture allows plenty of room for external dining. With the sun rising at the back of the villa and setting at the front, the terrace will enjoy sun all day. The communal pool area is within a minutes walk. Close enough to be convenient but far enough to be discreet. The Pool is HEATED from late October through to June.

Amenities

Golf is available to guests in possession of a Golf Federation Card or Handicap Certificate. Those producing a round card may also obtain discounted food and drink in the clubhouse.
A courtesy bus service, running every 30 minutes, is available between the Elba Palace Hotel, the Atlantico Commercial Centre and Caleta de Fuste, one of the island's premier resorts. The Atlantico Commercial Centre is across the main road at the bottom of the golf course offering a large 'Spar' supermarket, a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, multi-language cinema and ten-pin bowling alley. The new promenade overlooks wide sandy beaches & lagoons and has a view across the bay to El Castillo. The local bus service stops by the Atlantico Commercial Centre on its way to the capital Puerto del Rosario where other buses are available to all over the island.
Caleta de Fuste has a wide range of shops and restaurants with a wide shallow sandy beach that is ideal for children. The picturesque marina hosts a variety of water sports and excursions.

• A pre-arrival shopping service for basic/immediate food essentials can be provided if requested in advance, payable against a supermarket receipt
• Car hire is not essential, but we can advise on car rental agencies if required
• There is no maid service but the villa will be serviced mid week with a change of bed linen and towels
• The managers can advise on a variety of local aspects. They are there to provide you with full support and information
• A refundable £150.00 (200€) breakage/damage deposit may be required by the managers on arrival
